The best! Dr. Chris is a patient and attentive man that takes great care of my families health.
I thought they were great at first until Benjaline the Nurse Practioners wife and person who handles all of the billing was extremely rude and could not seem to figure out how my husband and my own I surance worked out even after every other doctors office I have been to has been able to. The office manager was also rude when she called and argued with me about the situation all the while never worrying about the fact that I had been treated once but did not get better only worrying about the money. ALL OF THE DOCTORS IN THIS AREA ARE ONLY HERE FOR ONE THING AND THAT IS MONEY. INSURANCE OR NOT.
Chris is a wonderful PA. The staff there is also just great. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

Dr Chris is the best. He listens and really cares about his patients. The staff are wonderful and there really isn't much of a wait time to be seen. I agree with other patients, who needs to drive to Beaumont and use half of the day only to be rushed through. I am so grateful for the Heart of Texas doctors and staff, I hope that they are here to stay.
