I received an arrangement from my husband on April 22. He chose an arrangement on 1800flowers. The arrangement did not look like the one on the site. The three roses in the arrangement died 2 days after i received it. There wasn't even a message card that my husband requested. I called KO Designs and left a message to call me and let me know who the flowers were from but it's been a week and have had no call. I would not recommend this flower shop.
I always get my flowers from here for special occasions, or a just because thing. The flowers are always beautiful and if I need them delivered by a certain time they are always on time. The prices are perfect and reasonable. Thank you KO's for perfect service and flowers!
