Best insurance agency I have had the pleasure of dealing with! They are always eager to help in anyway possible and always just a phone call away! I also have life insurance and my trucks financed through this agency! I would refer this agent to anyone who wants an overall excellent and easy experience when it comes to handling insurance and/or loans!!!!!

Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. Her and her associates are helpful as long as they are getting your money. Otherwise if you have an issue in regards to billing or getting a call back about a cancelled account you are still being billed for don't expect any help from this agency. Would rate this zero stars if possible. Would recommend sticking with Geico, Progressive, or All State. This company will leave a bad taste in your mouth in regards to insurance. Can't believe they are still in business!
I would caution anyone to look elsewhere for an agent that takes care of their customers. This agent does not!!
Customer service after that day is aweful. Lauren Gilbert has personally been rude and unhelpful with my home and flood claims. She avoids phone calls and emails. Her staff is just as rude as she is. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years and this agent is a nightmare.
