I would not go back there! They will charge you two to three times more than they quote you.
Tough on my clothes although I still use them a lot knocked almost all the buttons of my sis and sports coat. Good seeing services
The customer service is non existent the lady was really rude and just seemed to hate her job and didn't make me want to go back but it's the only dry cleaners in vidor so
Expensive. I called 4 other places in town that did alterations and they were much cheaper. Also was not impressed with customer service.
They have very poor customer service. They kept my clothes for over a week and kept telling me they did not know when they would be ready. When we called to complain they called us a liar stating that they told us it would be longer and yet guess what.. they told me the clothes would be ready in 3 days. Will never do business here again. Very unprofessional.
