The room was clean and service was great. We left in rush the next morning and left my daughters favorite stuffed animal. We called and they overnighted it to us! We appreciated that so much!!
Do not stay in room 320! The air is very damp/moist since the window is broken. Yes, there is a shattered window which allows air from outside to come in the room. The room's AC unit will run all night if you are trying to keep the humidity down. The unit is right below the broken window. I was told it was from Hurricane Harvey and that maintenance would look into it, but that never happened. In addition, there is a sign/note in the bathroom that states that if our stay is not satisfactory then Holiday Inn would do things to make it satisfactory. I was never offered a monetary compensation either.
Exceptional staff. They really go far & beyond their duties. They were amazing during our Harvey flood.
The hotel otherwise seemed nice and had a pleasant staff. I am sure the other rooms were fine, but just avoid 320 and its missing wall art.
Great rooms, great service, great continental breakfast. I would recommend again and again.
