If I could have given this business half of a star (or none and still commented) I most certainly would've!!! Other than Mrs Nina Wilkox, who is delightful, I have never been treated so rudely at a place of business in my entire life! I was literally disgusted. And I was treated this way for no other reason than I tried to have a Rx for Xanax filled that was written by a Dr. from Houston. This Dr was recommended to me as one of the best in her field-not only in Houston, but in the COUNTRY!-by a Dr in Bmt. I was literally told to my face that because I wanted to pay cash for my Rx, that I was DEALING THEM on the STREET!!!! I managed to hold a civil tongue because I was raised to be polite at all times in public, but I will NEVER set foot in that establishment again as long as I live. And I, and my parents before their passing, were loyal customers my whole life almost. I can only assume that the change to the new "fancy" building has inflated egos to the point that, with the exception of Nina, the rest of the people there are blatantly, disgustingly, nasty to the people who helped them prosper to the point they are at now. Which is apparently "better" than the rest of us drug-dealing scumbags. I whole-heartedly recommend Gary and the wonderful folks at T and T Pharmacy-they were wonderful and super fast. I was there less than fifteen minutes, and was never ONCE accused of being a drug dealer! Go figure! Anyone who reads this please go ANYWHERE other than Family to fill your scrips. You will be much better treated and much happier all around. I PROMISE YOU. OK-I've said my peace and will step down from my soapbox now. Thanks for listening if you've made it this far! :)
I wouldn't go to another pharmacy. By far the best that I know of. They know me by name and always so sweet to my little girl. My medication is filled within 15 minutes!
This is a great pharmacy! I usually trade at their Beaumont location because it is so close to my house, however I occasionally use the Vidor store because it is closer to my work. Even with such few visits, some of the staff calls me by name when I walk through the door. The building is very nice and clean, and without all the clutter of a national chain type pharmacy. Sometimes I forget that they offer delivery for prescriptions as well, which is an invaluable service when you have a sick kid.
They are very caring! And helped in a time of need. Love the workers, very personable!
