My water heater went out so I called a couple of companies seeing who was available... Everyone was at least a couple days out some even a week out. I contacted Advatage Plumbing and was told he could be there by that evening. When he asked what was wrong I told him over the phone that the water heater had stopped working. He asked how old and I told him five years...He stated is fee/ hr. and then asked me if I tried to reset. He explained how to reset and told me to call him back if it didn't work.. Well it did work and Virgil saved me a service call, as well as more money if someone crooked could have said oh you need a new one, or oh we will need to tear it down to try and charge me 3 or 4 hours to "fix"... Thank you Virgil and Adantage Plumbing for your help and getting me a hot shower
