Walked in and noticed that they know have the little window where you can see your food being prepared is now blocked. They have a tray in front of it and I assume it's because they were always being told they needed gloves on by customers when handling food. So instead of using proper food handling procedures just place a tray over the window to block customers views. Good idea.
The dine in area was disgusting. No air conditioning. The floor was filthy and wet from the humidity. They were out of lids and only had small cups available. After we placed our order and paid they informed us that the deep fryer was broken but they would give us the last taco and Fries that were left over. The employees were nice but obviously hot and frustrated. Restrooms were filthy and had no soap or paper towels. The restaurant was not in any shape to be open. If the option of no stars was available I would have gave them a 0
I ordered a Iced Coffee, tasted like it had very little coffee with a bunch of water with ice, it was almost see through, clearly visible you cannot give that to a customer! I went through the drive through again, and the lady was not rude nor friendly but she said "Oh I must have not prepared it correctly, I was in a hurry" she just added coffee. Which didnt correct anything, the cup I got my coffee in, didnt even have the correct lid, it had one of those round lids for shakes that hold the whip cream in place. I tasted my coffee after she handed it to me, and she just walked away, completely ignoring a concerned customer, or even asking if it was ok? And their fryer would be down for 30 mins, so no food was available. Looking at the comments, looks like they have had problems with their fryer. Won't come to this one anymore
Probably one of the nastiest restaurants to eat at in all of Vidor, I've seen so much discusting stuff here I don't even no where to start. Cooks eating drinking while making your food, going to restroom and not washing hands...I no this because I've gone in behind employees and there wasn't any soap or paper towels... Food left out that is supposed to be in the fridge. Don't order tacos! The taco station is greasy, nasty, gets cleaned maybe once a shift.. cheese is left out in a bowl and flys .... Employees always outside smoking and get mad when you pull up to get out of your car, and some weird stuff going on at night when there isn't a real manager to supervise. Drive by and take a look for yourself if your in doubt.. I honestly wouldn't recommend eating anything here .. your risking getting sick. Won't mention names but I no this information first hand. I had a friend who worked here for about a month, they left after being around all of this. Etleast don't feed your children anything from here.
I ordered a teriyaki chicken and then they told me they were out so I ordered a fajita pocket and the kid up on the counter said why did you order chicken do you have to lose weight or something. Really rudeness!!
