Worst experience at a vet ever. WAY WAY overpriced. Lady with red hair was rude and unknowledgeable. They just ran through a bunch of stuff performing all kinds of stuff. They didn't even ask me to schedule a next appointment I spent 145$ on my dog and 55 on the cat. But basically they didn't give us much info on what they were doing and pricing and I left in a bad mood and plan on never going back. I've been to lots of vets and none were this unprofessional and unorganized make the extra drive and go to a vet in Beaumont it ll be worth it. Thanks for wasting my time. Not to mention we stood at the front desk to pay for 30 min because no one knew what to get us

Awesome vet and staff. Very caring and friendly. Highly recommended.

Today there was a Dr. Holland filling in for Dr.McGowan. If Dr. McGowan is retiring and Dr.Holland is taking over, my family and I will be taking our animals elsewhere.

Love using them for my animals. Prices are cheap and they really care about the animals and will work with you.

My parents, wife and I have been going here nearly a decade and I've never felt so spoken down to in all the years I've been going here.

Goes great with that eye rolling and huffing.

Best place. They have neutered 3 of our rescue dogs & spayed 2 of our girl dogs :) they go above and beyond to help us out &keep our dogs healthy. We've been using them for two years. They even saved a 10 day old puppy we found that was near death & has been taking care of it perfectly every time I bring him in! And he's now a happy healthy one 1/2 year old. Couldn't say anything negative ever about them!!!

I did not appreciate the way she came all around telling me my dogs are my problem, not hers. Really now? You didn't think for a second I was fully aware of this when I purchased them for my kids? I'm pretty sure I knew they were our responsibility from the moment we got them. The eye rolling, interrupting me, and huffing when I had a question about my now aging dogs was uncalled for -thought I was at a vet clinic, not jr. high. If animals aren't your problem then why do you even possess a veterinary license??? Pretty sure that any animal that comes through that door, for that duration, is your problem. If not you may want to reconsider careers. I have had an issue from her about a year or so ago, where my dog had a reaction to flea drops. So we took him to the emergency vet clinic on Cardinal Drive in Beaumont, only to be charged $90 each for the initial visit, a call to the Poison Control Center, and roughly $200 for electrolytes.

To top it all off, she smirked while telling us we could have given him Pedialyte and called the Poison control center ourselves. She sure was glad to take our money though. Guess us average working people are supposed to be talked down to. Thanks for adding insult to my dog's injury. That and the dry, undermining, tone of your tongue in cheek voice really complimented the snide remarks that made me feel both foolish and angry that I'd even bothered to ask a question.
